US Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Same day processings are not a guarantee, however placing your order before 10 am may increase your chances. Processing time is typically within 2 - 3 business days excluding the weekends. During sales, shipping may take longer - but be patient, the reward is worth the wait!
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday (excluding holidays, holiday weekends). MOADO US ships within the continental United States including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not ship to freight forwarders.

MOADO US SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any lost, stolen, damaged packages or any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier, custom fees, custom duties may vary. MOADO US is ONLY responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely. If package states that it has been delivered but has been lost or stolen and ShipInsure was purchased please file a claim with ShipInsure here.
